Bookbot is an EdTech company building an AI-powered reading tutor for children in the early years (Kindergarten to Year 3). We combine evidence-based structured literacy with built-for-purpose speech technology, so children can practise reading aloud and receive instant, supportive feedback. Our focus is Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), with content designed to fit real classroom constraints and home routines—short, achievable practice that helps learners build confidence and reduce reading anxiety. Bookbot partners with schools, researchers, and implementation organisations to deploy at scale, including in low-connectivity settings, and we prioritise curriculum alignment and measurable learning outcomes. Our team blends machine learning, linguistics, and education design to make high-quality early learning support accessible, practical, and effective.
